Run With Forte

Run With Forte race teams and training programs are designed to help runners of ALL experience levels learn more about the sport, train intelligently for their desired distance, and support each other along the way. Each team shares a private Facebook Group, where teammates receive weekly and daily plans, running advice, and personal support from the coach, as well as share experiences and motivation with each other.

Every team includes brand new and seasoned runners. For beginners, the principle goals are to learn how to run properly, build endurance intelligently, reduce the risk of injury and cross the finish-line with a smile. For experienced runners, the goals focus on learning structured training methods, better understanding pacing and achieving a targeted finish-time.

If you're brand new to running, please don't be afraid to join a team. If you’re already very active, all programs are designed to complement your existing fitness routine. Love cycling? Keep cycling. Love swimming? No problem. Love HIIT workouts? Perfect. These other important fitness activities can all fold into your RWF running program. The plans are designed for recreational runners so there is no need to give up the workouts you love.

Whether 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks or 22 weeks, each program provides structure and purpose to your fitness routine to help you break through walls and find new highs. And yes, the “runner's high” is real.
